Our strength is quick and efficient service.
Micropower’s Service Department consists of three technicians who serve our customers full time with telephone support and spare parts. In addition to Micropower’s products, we keep spare parts for most charger types that have been produced by Transduktor/Ulveco.
We have the most common components in stock, for example circuit boards, contactors, diodes, thyristors, etc. Other components, such as transformers and choke coils are priority manufactured at Tramicro in cases when they are not in stock. In most cases, the customer has the part the day after ordering.
Many service issues can be settled by telephone support. In more difficult cases the matter is sent to technicians in the Design and Development Department.
The new small, light high frequency chargers are sent to us for repair and normally the charger is returned the same day or the next day, depending on what time of day we receive the charger!
