Trouble shooting

In most cases minor problems with your charger can be fixed by using the following guide as your first source for troubleshooting problems.

Some of the chargers and especially the small high frequency chargers (SMC-HF) have non-serviceable parts and if found faulty should be returned to the manufacturer. If the charger is opened and a fuse is found to be broken, don’t replace it and try to restart the charger. In most cases further damage is likely to result. Contact the manufacturer prior to replacing any internal fuse.
